(1) According to Section 3 of the Act, any secondary school, person or institution approved by the Government of Nepal who wishes to be affiliated with the Council as a school providing higher secondary education shall submit to the Council in the format as per Schedule-1 within the time limit set by the Council through a public notice. An application must be made.

(2) When making an application according to sub-rule (1), such school, person or organization must have fulfilled the following infrastructure and conditions:-

(A) A concrete building of the school and suitable and sufficient rooms for conducting classes.

(B) Textbooks according to the curriculum approved by the council for higher secondary education and A library with other reference books and newspapers is arranged.

(d) having suitable facilities of sports ground, drinking water and toilets etc. required for extracurricular activities.

(e) ) Sufficient furniture is arranged for students and teachers. padding-left: 30px;">(g) Attached evidence of depositing the amount as determined by the council in a fixed account in a bank in the name of the school.

(h) From the Government of Nepal In the case of an approved secondary school, the students have passed the entrance exam of the last one year in the percentage determined by the council.
